“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

This 3 bed, 2 bath family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Also has a seperate flat for extra cost. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - Fri 2pm to Sun 4pm when possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.
