We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Nestled on the water of the Sausalito Richardson Bay, our houseboat offers an immersive experience of unrivaled beauty. The breathtaking, panoramic views unfold like a canvas right before you. Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. Our ‘park like’ one acre property has spectacular views of Mount Tam. It is 3 mi. via Dipsea trail to Muir Woods, 7.5 miles from Stinson and a 10 min walk down the steps to town. You’ll have on site parking and safe storage for bikes, surfboards, scuba gear, etc. We are experienced Air BnB hosts and travelers who know what you need to enjoy Marin.
