The building is located in the inner courtyard of the Metropolitan University, so it can be said to be quiet despite its central location. It is a frequented environment, next to the Keleti Railway Station, metro-, bus-, trolley-, tram stations 2-5 minutes. The party district and the City Park are very close on foot. It is located just one street next to Erzsébet körút. This means everything you want to explore - restaurants, bars, sights, cultural events - is very easy to get to while on the other hand, due to it's location on a quiet street, you won't be bothered by any noise coming from outside.
