Excellent location, with sea views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom of our Edwardian flat. The two bed flat is roomy with fireplace, high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and large back bedroom with 2 singles and 2 full size pull out beds. Linen supplied except towels. TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One family car space outside plus off street nearby free. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from all facilities No smoking in flat or balcony

The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach. The room is available on a vegetarian self-catering basis. We are very grateful to our guests for respecting that this is part of a no meat no fish home! The Sands Studio is en-suite, with wifi, 100% cotton linen and towels, kingsize bed, chair bed and a cot or air-bed, television, dvd player, and kitchenette.
