A lovely Shepherds Hut in an AONB in the Cotswolds. A small but beautifully formed space with full ensuite shower room and loo. TV with some sky channels and a DVD player, USB charging point and a kettle. Towels and linen are provided. Fab views, great for walking or visiting local beauty spots. Not suitable for children or pets. Steps up to the Hut so please consider this too. The hut is on the edge of a pub garden. The pub trades on Sunday daytime throughout the summer and some Saturdays

The orchard sits in 200 acres of wildflower grasslands and herbal leys. The farm is a short distance from the historical village of Hook Norton and in close vicinity of Burford, Banbury, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Norton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Oxford, Soho Farmhouse, Stow-on-the-wold, Stratford upon Avon and Woodstock.

We have recently refurbished our lovely barn conversion (c. 700 sq ft) to a very high standard. It is light, has amazing views, a log burner and a SoHo Farmhouse feel. It has a king sized double bed, Fibre Wi-Fi and under floor heating. Stunning part of the northern Cotswolds (Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford - 15 mins) with numerous walks and bridleways from the door. You can also rent three stables and two paddocks to bring your horses to stay. A good way to explore the Cotswolds.

Daylesford, Soho Farmhouse & Diddly Squat Farm shop all less than a 15 minute drive. Little Cotswold Cottage truly is the perfect place to unwind after exploring all the Cotswolds has to offer. Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire. This is a pet friendly, two king bedroom cottage which comfortably sleeps 4.

There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

Many fantastic tourist sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view.

The Annex is located in a quiet, small residential Court in a village location. There is a local pub/restaurant a short stroll away, otherwise local amenities can be found in Banbury, a couple of miles away, including supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and main line train station (London, Marylebone 50 mins, Birmingham New Street/Snow Hill 40 mins, etc.).
