Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Boanning Bayside

Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available). Please note that due to some small renovations going on to the main house there maybe builders in the back yard from time to time during your stay. This shouldn't impact your stay as the studio is seperate to the house and the builders are very mindful of guests and will not start any works until 7.30 am in the morning.
