Loft with Queen sized bed, kitchen and full bathroom. Kitchen includes one burner plug in stove top, conventional toaster oven and coffee machine. Full insulated and includes heating and cooling. The couch can be used as a sleeping space for a small child if needed. Fully stocked with the clear essentials: Wifi, Roku (Netflix and Hulu) and Nintendo System with the classics and 2 remotes. Private entrance and large backyard with basketball hoop and hammock underneath large pecan tree. Self Check in Lock Pad Access to backyard including fire pit, hammock, basketball hoop and swing. I can be as available as you'd like for me to be. I am here at all times for any questions you may have. We do have 2 young children (5 and 4) who may be playing outside in the summer months and we are very friendly so feel free to say hello! Country Club Heights is a calm residential area with many friendly neighbors. Plaza Midwood and NoDa, with their great eateries, bars, and dancing spots, are just a short ride away, whilst the heart of uptown Charlotte is only fifteen minutes by car. We offer filtered water, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil in the kitchen for your use.

Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.
