Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Una location unica in un angolo di paradiso ,siamo nello splendido golfo di Orosei Avviso da Aprile 2023 il comune di Orosei ha istituito la tassa di soggiorno di €1 al giorno a persona con età superiore ai 12 anni. Olbia a 80 mt. dal mare
