The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

L’alloggio Gabbiano è parte di una casa divisa in tre piccoli appartamenti confinanti, ciascuno col proprio ingresso indipendente e giardino privato. Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.
