On site amenities include indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and game room. XC and alpine skiing, hiking, mt. biking, golf, and many cultural events are at your fingertips. We are just 200 yds. from the Bike Path, on the bus route to the Mountain, and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Come and enjoy the many special events Stowe has to offer.

Enjoy easy access for ski in/out, hiking, mountain biking, leaf peeping…something to love here during every season! Bedroom with a queen bed. Pull out couch is best suited for children or one adult—two large adults may find it a tight fit. Located approximately half-way between Burlington and Stowe, about 30 minute drive to either/or. Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away!

The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

My home was built in 1810 & the Guest Studio was added onto the house in 1980. Conveniently located midway between Middlebury & Burlington, also a great home-base to take a day trip to the Stowe & the Mad River Valley. Much to explore- visit local farms & apple orchards, great hikes and Lake Champlain, breweries and wineries.

The fireplace is cozy in the winter and the covered porch with swing is great for appreciating the mountain views in the summer. Location couldn’t be better - minutes from slopes, trails and restaurants.

Gorgeous panoramic views - 4 miles to the mountain

Only 4 miles door to door from the condo to the mountain. Views of the tollhouse area directly from the living room deck! There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
