It's small and we love it for that, an immaculately clean 3-bedroom with beach access just across the street. I built both outdoor showers myself, so it feels calm and cared for the second you walk in. Beach gear, kid toys, even a surfboard, and an EV charger if you need it. Here's what's waiting for you:

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Our place is able to accomodate two guests (ages 12 & up), and we are not able to accept larger parties. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
