There are 3 rooms; a main bedroom (currently with a co-sleeping set-up for 2 adults and 3 children), an office/bedroom (single bed and bedside crib) and a playroom (with a junior bed). The main living area, consisting of dining table, kitchen and living room is spacious and perfect for spending family-time together. OBS! max capacity is 3 ADULTS and 4 CHILDREN.

Very well suited for professionals and tourists attending conferences, events or looking to explore Copenhagen. Less suited for guests planning to stay in, as the apartment is designed more as a base than a retreat.

One master bedroom with a king-size bed + one open upper-level bedroom (above kitchen) with two foldout chairs (220cmx80cm). The couch can also fit two grownups if necessary. Complete kitchen with Side-by-side refrigerator & Quooker faucet. Bathroom with shower and washer & dryer. Free reserved private parking space in the basement.

Sluseholmen er tæt på det meste. På 15 minutter med bus eller metro, er du på Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Med bil er der kun 5 min til Bella Center og kun 10 min til lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.

Denne særlige bolig ligger tæt på alt, hvilket gør det nemt at planlægge dit besøg. Med en placering lige ved vandet, tæt på restauranter og caféer vil du nyde dut ophold her. Havnebussen (stor gul båd) har afgang 5 min gang fra lejligheden, og den tager dig til at Københavns turistattraktioner. Der er gadeparkering som betales på timebasis men jeg kan tilbyde gæsteparkering på gaden til 50 kr/dag. Lejligheden er lys, ren og moderne og har en indbydende Martin stemning.
