you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

This is a two-family house located seven houses away from Belmar beach, and a few blocks away from Avon, Spring Lake and downtown Belmar and the train station. I currently occupy the first floor with my family. The rental unit is a two-story apartment with 2BD, LR, BA KT, on the first level and 3 BD, BA, W/D on the second level. The backyard is shared and the apartment comes with 2 parking spots.
