We're 10 minutes from Southwold, surrounded by countryside with walks right outside. It's perfect for couples, families or friends and dogs! Downstairs is a large open-plan lounge, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Upstairs has two double bedrooms. It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, shops, restaurants and pier, then returning to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you completely relax during your stay.

Our popular "gastropub" local is only 100m from your door, and a well-stocked village shop with Suffolk-sourced produce and all the essentials is just opposite. The Garden Coop is a chic, cosy, eco-home on the beautiful Sotterly Estate, just 15 minutes from Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The hut consists of a ground floor living room and bedroom with a second mezzanine bedroom, accessed by ladder. Both bedrooms have king-sized mattresses. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 extra guests if required. There is a canopy covered dining/cooking area with a four-ringed gas stove. Lit by solar lights in the evening. The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

Ditch Studio is a self contained, contemporary extension to an 18th century workers cottage on the Henham estate ( home to Latitude festival ). A tranquil haven surrounded by a wild garden, fields and ancient woodlands.The Studio was crafted by its artisan hosts using sustainable and reclaimed materials where possible. The ground floor has a polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a galley kitchen and wet room with a Moroccan plastered shower. Upstairs is the attic bed/sitting room.
