We are located in a peaceful neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!

Location! Location! Location! Our 1 bedroom condo is in the very heart of Pigeon Forge, just across from The Island. Shops, restaurants, attractions, Dollywood, and Publix just minutes away. Gatlinburg is about 15 minutes, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 15 minutes. The condo is newly renovated with all oak/tile floors, a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa bed, sleeps 4, a walk in shower, high ceilings, 2 flat screen TVs, free wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor pool.

Little River Escape in the Smokies!

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located on the Little River, in Townsend Tennessee. Townsend's central location is perfect for the adventurer or the city goer. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).

Dandridge Hangouts

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located unit. Has open floor plan and large kitchen. Bathroom has been recently remodeled. All mattresses and bedding are brand new with 100% cotton sheets. Oversized, super comfy reclining leather seating. Our open layout makes this unit a great setting for game night, big meals and big FUN. Tv in every room and 5g free internet. Charcoal grill provided, Bunks are Full size beds. Guest must be 21 to rent.
