The Cottage Apartment in downtown Middlebury.

This charming, 1st floor two-bdr. cottage apartment is steps from Main Street, downtown Middlebury, & walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the College. An historic college town, Middlebury is replete with great restaurants, shops and cultural events to enjoy, all within walking distance. The comforts of this home include private parking, gardens, separate entrance, full kitchen and bath, and sleeps four. It is only a half hour from The Middlebury College Snow Bowl, and Lake Champlain.

Lakeside with direct water access & amazing views

La Bella Loona - A beautiful 1 bd cottage located directly on Schroon lake. Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Be assured everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Quaint Cabin in Schroon

This quaint, rustic, one room log cabin was originally built for overflow family during the summer by my father. The cedar logs were cut from our property giving it a truly authentic Adirondack feel. The cabin sleeps 1-3 people. It's located on a large, beautiful piece of property with two main houses, a barn and garage. You are within walking distance to our private swimming hole and beach. There is a horse arena nearby. This is a great location for many attractions in the Adirondacks.

Beautifully furnished glamping tent offers two queen beds, screened porch and rear deck. Personal kitchenette in the Lodge and lovely Bath House nearby. Join us for wood-fired pizza, walk through a beautiful wildflower meadow to the cedar hot tub, take in the stars by the nightly bonfires. Pristine nearby lake for kayaking or swimming and white water rafting in the Hudson River a mile down the mountain. Enjoy breakfast and baked goods in our Bakery. Golf carts available for rent.

Spread out on an 1850 farmstead. Go wild with winter activities during the day. Enjoy privacy and quiet in the evening with a campfire, stargaze, cozy up.. Snow is on the way! Close to Gore Mountain. We serve a complementary breakfast In our common dining room. Other meals can be arranged so you can relax after a long day hiking, snowshoeing,skiing. Pet sitting available. Tons of fun locally and central ask location . After 2 people there is an extra fee of $50 per person per day.
