Vi si accede tramite scheda/codice ed è dotata di rilevatori di fumo, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, internet WiFi, colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici e lavanderia in comune, con lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. Si effettua la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti e si può parcheggiare sul posto, secondo disponibilità.

Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

Ogni nostro alloggio ha accesso indipendente e soggiorno/cucina con camino e terrazzo coperto ad uso esclusivo. E' spazio comune solo il grandissimo giardino dove potrai godere del fresco delle querce nel boschetto o passeggiare lungo il fiume sul sentiero naturalistico che si raggiunge dal mulino in pietra. Gli animali domestici sono ammessi con costo pulizie extra.
