Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. The cottage are only a few minutes’ drive from places of interest like Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. Even the famous Cotswolds are only a 30 minute drive away. With many walks to choose from directly from the cottage it is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave the car. The cottages are a within walking distance from Keynsham trainstation (free parking close by) and the town centre with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
