Porter Hill Perch

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

A Vineyard & Orchard Farmhouse Stay -Wallace House

The Wallace House is a lovingly restored farmhouse that now offers guest stays as part of Saint Paul Farms properties. Adjacent to the farmhouse are orchards, a cidery, a vineyard and tasting room. Originally built in the 1800's, the Wallace house was completely renovated in 2019 to preserve historical integrity while offering modern amenities and conveniences. Beautiful architectural detail is found throughout, as well as spacious meeting areas, brightly lit rooms, and a gourmet kitchen.

Welcome to our Tiny Guest House located closet to everything!! Tiny house is detached from the main house and has own parking lot, outdoor seating area with grill, own bathroom, and kitchette. This little house is close to everything on walking distance to Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Home Theater, Mall and Convenience Stores. Only 5 Minutes to Hendersonville Downtown, 20 minutes from Asheville, 15 minutes from Green River Game Lands and 5-15 trails in the area.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

We designed the kitchen with the gourmet chef in mind and it holds everything needed for the imaginative cook. After a day of exploring, relax on the front porch with your favorite beverage and snack, reminiscing about the day's events. The street is quiet and lined with beautiful homes listed on the historic register.

Ladybird's Cabin - Hot Tub Under the Stars!

Our cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a remote mountain feel in a convenient location. We are 30 mins from Downtown Asheville and 10 mins to Downtown Hendersonville and its bars, breweries, restaurants, and shopping. We are less than an hour drive to many beautiful Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest hikes. At the cabin we have a hot tub, outdoor dining, firepit, tv, board games, and books.

Only minutes from Historic Downtown Hendersonville, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Tryon Equestrian Center, DuPont State Forrest and Downtown Asheville. Centrally located to explore all the opportunities for hiking the land of many waterfalls, sightseeing, antiquing, and visiting the many wineries and breweries.
