Great family hike and great for more adventurous hikers as well. Spoiler alert: if you climb to the top (about 60-90 min.) you can see panoramic views of Anchorge and the valley.

This is a family favorite of ours! You can learn what it was like to live and work in one of Alaskas largest gold mine camps. The drive up there is gorgeous (about 50 min. from the house) plus great hiking.
