Newly renovated guesthouse in a charming historical village 20min from Copenhagen centre, 10min scenic drive from beach and cosy harbour. Large forest area for extended walks or a ride on the country’s best mountainbike trail starting right in front of the property. For the culturally interested, Louisiana Art Museum and Ordrupgård is only 15min away. Bus and train easily accessible and parking spot right in front of the house. The house has both floor heating and a fireplace/stove and consists of a large bedroom/living room with one dobbeltbed and one singlebed; and possibility for two additional madrases on the floor. It also has a bathroom with a shower and a washingmashine and a large well equiped kitchen and dining area.

The apartment is within walking distance from several bus lines that run both to Rungsted Station and to Copenhagen. In addition, shopping and restaurants are close (300 meter)

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped.
