If peacefulness is what you seek, look no further. From your private back deck, the only eyes you’ll see belong to the birds. It’s the best place to enjoy your morning coffee or spend the day with a book. You are a 4 minute stroll to the River; where you can launch your kayak or take a walk (depending on the tides) At night, enjoy a camp fire in the yard & go to sleep in silence. The only lights are those from the moon & stars. Please note, the fireplace is decorative only and not to be used.

Maple Leaf home/Olde Brighton/10 mins to downtown

The suite is in the walk out lower level of our home in what is know as Olde Brighton. You are a pleasant 12 minute walk to Downtown Charlottetown, the waterfront “Boardwalk” and Victoria Park with its expansive view along the Ocean. Victoria Park is home to the Lieutenant Governor's residence, open daily to the public with free admission. It is a wonderful area to host a picnic, take in a swim in the large, free, outdoor pool or enjoy the large well-designed children’s playground.

Inspired by Mother Goose, or the figures one holds dear. A place for her to rest after a long fairy tale journey. A place to remember and cherish her mementos and treasures she has collected along the way. A cabin and space that embraces both creativity and comfort. Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. The apartment is attached to Sidmount House yet has its own entrance, driveway and walkway.
