With views of the Green Mountains, you will be a short drive away from quaint towns, skiing, breweries, hiking, and swimming. On the property, enjoy the fresh mountain air, changing leaves, and local flora and fauna. In summer, cool off after a hike or bike in the shared pool. In winter, you're 15 minutes to Mad River Glen and 30 to Sugarbush Ski Resort.

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Recently updated ski condo - modern kitchen appliances and new furniture. Minutes away from Killington Ski base. Drive there or use a paid bus service, steps away from the condo. Part of the luxurious Woods Spa Resort and stay includes use of resort amenities including gym, pool, steam/sauna and hot tub. Spa service available but not included in fee (please check for open hours) Warm, cozy and welcoming-custom built for ski lovers to relax after a long day on the mountains.

Vermont Horse Farm

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the horse pastures or an evening by a fire under the gazebo with a fire pit on this idyllic Vermont horse farm with glorious views. Close to many activities, such as hiking, skiing and swimming. Scenic retreat on a family owned and working farm. Here we have horses, donkey, chickens, goats, and of course our dogs and cats. There is a short hiking trail with beautiful views and a picnic table by the stream.
