This calm bed and bath in the back of our house on the SECOND FLOOR is a great place to stay while you explore Rochester. You enter through the back porch and MUST GO UP A FLIGHT OF STAIRS to the suite. Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.
