The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

Metro ride to downtown DC is 25 minutes or less depending on destination. You will enjoy this fully furnished apartment because of the well-lit living area with garden views, fireplace, screened patio, comfy bed, and peaceful environment.
