Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

L'abitazione è luminosa, affacciata sul mare, in un'area naturalistica immersa fra i profumi della vegetazione mediterranea e le acque cristalline del mar Tirreno La spiaggia si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 4 minuti a piedi in discesa. L'accesso alle due aree piscine (una affacciata sul mare, di acqua marina e l'altra tra la vegetazione) è gratuito. Ombrelloni e lettini sono a pagamenti. Nel residence ci sono un bar e un ristorante aperti d'estate Wi-fi, parcheggio, garage. Sconto traghetto.

Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Viviamo in un isola dove il tempo va a rallentatore..non c è fretta di niente e non ci piacciono i cattivi umori! Noi cercheremo in tutti i modi di farvi passare una splendida vacanza! Pescatore da una vita conosco il pesce e i venti meglio di chiunque altro, posso consigliarvi le spiagge dove andare con quel tipo di vento e posso cucinarvi un ottimo pesce..perché no pescato insieme sulla mia barca! Quindi che aspetti...Vieni a rilassarti da noi!

Appartamento in Villa I

L'alloggio è situato all'interno di una villa dei primi del '900, in una zona verde e tranquilla (località Porticciolo) a circa 2 Km dal comune di Rio Marina. E' dotato di bagno privato, cucina e di due camere doppie (di cui una matrimoniale), per un massimo di quattro persone. Non essendo la proprietà completamente recintata su tutti i lati, per questioni di sicurezza preferiamo non accogliere animali domestici.

La Casa di Laura, Isola d'Elba

sul lungomare del Cavo, in posizione unica, mansarda di nuova costruzione con travi a vista, estremamente luminosa, con ampia terrazza ombrosa affacciata sul mare; grandi spazi esterni, a pochi passi dal paese e dal delizioso porto turistico. La spiaggia antistante è libera mentre poco più in la c è un piccolo bagno dotato di lettini e ombrelloni e nei pressi si possono noleggiare bici, motorini, auto e gommoni.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
