Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Welcome to charming Rehoboth Beach where you can shop, dine and enjoy the seashore. The apartment is directly on the bike trail which we highly recommend you explore using the 4 provided bikes! It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Gorgeous, modern, bright and open renovated Rehoboth home with 4 large bedrooms (each with king bed!) and a new HOT TUB, 2 nice bathrooms, fenced yard, parking for 3 cars, FIRE PIT, and grill and on a quiet, tree lined street one block off Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to Dogfish Head! Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for 1st, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (fees for 2 & 3 charged later). Only a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk too.
