Welcome to our historic 'hidden gem' Taylour House built in 1468 for the Lord Mayor of London. Quiet yet town centre location with local amenities on your doorstep. Easy reach of Central London, (Edenbridge Town station 10 mins walk) Gatwick and Heathrow. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Private dining by prior arrangement. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
