Sehr gemütliches Dachgeschoss mit eigener/m Küche,Bad,Wohn-, Schlafraum (33 qm) mit Satelitten-Fernseher,Blick über die Dächer(2. Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Das Apartment liegt im Dachgeschoss unserer schönen Doppelhaushälfte in einer ruhigen und sehr guten Wohngegend mitten im Grünen. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind auf der Straße vor dem Haus vorhanden. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch. Sollte ich nicht vor Ort sein, bin ich gut über Handy erreichbar!
