Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

New Forest Country Home with Hot Tub & Pool.

A privately gated country house with a beautifully landscaped garden to enjoy.The gardens follow on to the property’s paddocks, from which guests can enjoy access to The New Forest National Park. The property has an open fireplace in the living room for those cosy evenings in. It is well-equipped with everything you would need for self-catering. Well behaved dogs are very welcome, please read doggie policy. The swimming pool is open from April-Oct. The Hot Tub is open all year round!

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property. It has a private entrance and accommodation on two floors. Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester are all a short drive away, and are perfect for walking, fossil-hunting, shopping and eating out. Less than 5 minutes walk to mainline train station and bus routes.

Enjoy a great break at this centrally-located place. It has its own entrance, 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, own kitchen and shower room. There is free wifi, Sky movies and Sports channels via Virgin in the lounge and a dvd/blueray player plus a selection of DVDs and books to entertain you. Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.
