This modern cottage is around the corner from Commercial St and comes fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and parking on-site. This house was originally built as a barbershop in 1950 and rebuilt in 2015 with a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, a smart TV, half bath and sleeper couch downstairs. Just 30 steps to the beach and 42 steps to Commercial Street (we counted them!). It’s our dream come true off-season or in-season. Yeah, it’s small but it has everything you need for simple, efficient living. The home contains a modern kitchen, fireplace, private garden deck, TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. Truly a special place.

This bright, cozy cottage serves rustic charm with a modern twist featuring skylights, 1.5 baths, washer/dryer, bedroom with a king bed, a bonus office with a double bed, and a wonderfully inviting exclusive-use deck. Tucked off the street for privacy, but still in the very center of town. Well-behaved dogs welcome but no cats please.
