The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

A truly unique treehouse perched 30 feet high among the trees. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. The large deck offers stunning views across the Salish Sea to the Mountains of Washington state. With all the modern amenities you could need, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

It is in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, liquor stores, walking trails, lake trout fishing, children’s playgrounds, and more. The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .
