Both bedrooms have flexible sleeping arrangements - super king size beds / 2 singles. One bedroom can be arranged with just a single bed leaving space for home working (or cot). Excellent pub with restaurant in village and walks on your doorstep. 5 minutes drive to the Bath 'park and ride' and 10 mins drive from the wedding venue - Priston Mill.

From the veranda you can watch our free-range ducks & chickens, buzzards & red kites thermalling over the valley & horses coming and going. There is a private, woodland garden with a wood fired hot tub to enjoy the views or gaze at the stars. There are lots of lovely walks including across the fields to the local pub and Bath is only 15-20 mins by car.

The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

The Old Allotment is a new build with plenty of outside space and parking. It has a modern wet room and a fully fitted kitchen with oven and gas hob and fridge/freezer. A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!
