Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.
