84 Gipps Cottage

84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the Port Fairy village precinct close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

Short walk to beach and town.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Clonmara Front Garden Cottage Two

Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.

Your own private bungalow behind the house, with small kitchenette (with fridge/freezer/Nespresso coffee/toaster/kettle/microwave), bathroom and heating/air conditioning, free Wifi and access to the sunny deck and huge garden/veggie garden. 10 minutes walk from town center, across the road from Albert Park playground and Football club (restaurant), few minutes drive to beach/Lake Pertobe precinct. Welcome to our humble little home by the beach. Charlie is situated 2 blocks from Pea Soup Beach and is an easy 5 minute stroll. An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.

Sommarhus is perfectly suited to couples, a small family or beach bums wishing to spend their days by the sea, wandering around town enjoying the local cafes + stores or simply lazing about the house or outside in the green + leafy garden.

The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
