In the City of Plesio, on a natural terrace above Lake Como at about 600 meters high, nice apartment on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a large garden with a lake view. The first floor is occupied by me, my husband and our three children ten, seven, and six years. The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with a private entrance from the garden. It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

Our house is divided on two floors + mezzanine, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a table and a bathroom with shower; go up one floor and find the living room with fireplace, TV, balcony with beautiful lake view and double sofa bed; go up again, mezzanine with double bed. In addition we provide our guests a small garden with barbecue and shady table from the vineyard. The house is located in a very quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the lake.
