As you approach the property along the narrow country lane, be prepared to fall into the embrace of this peaceful and tranquil location. The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The enclosed private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, exposed beams and cosy log-burner make this the perfect year-round retreat.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Set in a wonderful rural location, Rose Cottage is an excellent touring base for exploring West Wales and the Gower peninsula. Nestled peacefully in the quiet hamlet of Horeb, this semi-detached cottage has been finished to a very high standard. It has been tastefully decorated throughout and a lot of welcoming touches have been added e.g. a logburner for cosy nights in. 100 yards from the cottage is the Millenium Coastal Path and across the road the local inn - the Waunwyllt.

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
