Nel 2004 inizia l'attività ricettiva con un alloggio indipendente. Dal 2014, completando la ristrutturazione dell'immobile (travature in legno a vista, copertura in lose, murature in pietra del luogo) è attivo il servizio di ristorazione. L'idromassaggio, situato in uno spazio esterno coperto, è fruibile nei mesi estivi.
