Katahdin Retreat Millinocket

Lake house with full view of Katahdin. Paddleboards and kayaks available. It offers a large open kitchen/living room. Cabin has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 10. Enjoy a hike, bike, or just soak in the view of Mt. Katahdin from the sauna. There are 5 star restaurants within 1/2 mile, Knife Edge Brewery, Golden Road Yacht Club, River Drivers, Fredricka's. It is 1/2 Mile to NEOC. 8 miles to Baxter State Park or North Woods and Waters National Monument. Don't miss out on this little slice of heaven.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Located on 32 private acres, this adorable former boathouse features a king bedroom upstairs with an outdoor deck, stunning views of Moosehead Lake and Big Moose Mountain, and a cozy little bunk room for kids, friends, or guests. Downstairs you’ll find a full kitchen, living, and dining area with an attached screen porch and easy access to the dock below. Get back to the best things about life! Relax in our quiet cove. Our quaint home is tucked away in a wooded corner on Lake Sebec. We invite you to explore the lake and land. Go for walks, swim, kayak, boat, hike, or hang back and read, play games, make a meal with friends, or work, if you must. Warm up by the indoor fireplace after a nearby hike on a brisket autumn eve or roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. Sit down by the lake and take in the life that surrounds you.

Luxurious and very private lake front cottage

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

We grew up spending our summers on Sebec Lake, and there's a reason the state motto is 'The Way Life Should Be'. This camp is lake front property, with outdoor seating, dining and swimming steps from the back door. The spacious layout of the camp provides the perfect family friendly escape any time of the year! In the winter there is plenty of ice fishing and snowmobile trails in the area, so it's the perfect place to share time with family and friends year-round!

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!
