Large backyard, ideal for cookouts and fun! Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful inside dining area. Full bath. Living room has 2 comfortable couches, both open to queen beds. Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

The Blue Humble Abode

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Cozy, private guest suite nestled in the peace and quiet of Happy Valley's farmlands. Located minutes from downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the BJC and Penn State's Ag Progress grounds and the village of Boalsburg. Tussey Mountain is a few miles away! Private entrance, a full bath, Roku TV, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee pot and laundry available. Garden veranda is lovely for morning coffee!

This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.
