Originally built in the 13th century, Jinks Cottage was home to the village cobbler (called Jinks), his wife and six children. Now carefully restored, it provides a spacious country retreat for four, plus your four-legged friends, as we’re very dog friendly!

Conveniently located just a 5 minute walk to both the picturesque Monmouthshire and Brecon canal and the Abergavenny-Brynmawr cycle track and is a great base for hill walking in the Black Mountains and the local Abergavenny 3 peaks. Walk into the market town which offers an array of top restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Treveddw Farm Cabin

Welcome to Treveddw Farm Cabin. The Cabin can sleep 4, (one sleeping on a single airbed, bedding provided, must be requested by guest). I would suggest it is too small a space for 4 adults, but your choice entirely. The farm is a perfect base for walking and touring from. There is a small secure garden. Dogs are most welcome (2 small or 1 large, 1 small). Please don’t leave your dogs unattended in the cabin at anytime. No smoking on the farm, or in the cabin. Thanks

Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! Dan y Berllan is one of two cottages on a working hill farm in the Brecon Beacons National Park, it means "under the orchard" The cottages are self catering but should you not wish to cook, to the top of our drive is The Crown Inn , a lovely village pub serving amazing food. The market town Abergavenny is all but a stone's throw away by car. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with amazing walks ,the cottage is perfected located to take a stroll or a long trek .
