Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Moraiolo House in the hill 5km far Perugia

Moraiolo house in two levels and has 2 beds, private entrance and central heating. The ground floor comprises: entrance hall, living room with sofa and TV, kitchenette with fitted kitchen with everything you need (pots, plates, dishes), fireplace. The first floor consists instead of: double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Outside, a lovely coffee table in order to read or eat outdoors in the courtyard surrounded by trees and hedges. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

With an uninterrupted liquid view of Lake Trasimeno, this newly renovated house has it all. It is a private and secure oasis from which to enjoy all that Umbria has to offer. The private garden has a small beach directly at the shore of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from your lounger or take a refreshing swim in the lake from the jetty. The Boathouse has a modern kitchen, two double bedrooms with kingsize beds, a large bathroom with bath and shower cabin.

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Residenza del 300 (Tra Perugia e Lago Trasimeno)

Magnifico appartamento situato in uno storico palazzo del 300 di origine romana immerso nel cuore della campagna umbra, in una storica azienda agricola. L'arredamento si presenta rinnovato e confortevole. Spazio ampio, luminoso, funzionale e con una vista tutta umbra, circondato dal vasto vigneto, oliveti secolari, incantevoli paesaggi, grande giardino e altre magnifiche piante. A 10 km di distanza dal centro storico di Perugia e a 10 km dal lago Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Lakehouse in unique position on Lake Trasimeno

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
