Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Das Haus ist ein perfekter strategischer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Kultur - z.B. Schloss Esterhazy/Eisenstadt, Family Park und Oper/St. Margarethen, Operette/Seebühne Mörbisch, Rust, Baden im Neusiedler oder Neufelder See. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Verbindungsradweg B13 und liegt damit ideal für Touren zwischen dem Neusiedler See und dem Mittelburgenland. Ausflüge nach Ungarn sind in ca30 Min mit dem Auto möglich: Sommerrodelbahn/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Schloss Esterházy in Fertőd

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

Im Nächtigungspreis ist das Boot inkludiert.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

Appartment Laxenburg

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Piknik Stúdió

A Fertőrákosi üdülő területen található újszerű, szépen berendezett, külön bejáratú stúdió 2 főre vagy egy vagy két kisgyerekes családnak biztosít szállás. A stúdió felszerelt konyhájában hűtőgép, indukciós főzőlap, mikrosütő, vízforraló, kávéfőző is megtalálható. A stúdióhoz zárt parkoló tartozik. A vendégeknek helyben idegenforgalmi adót kell fizetniük, melynek mértéke 450 Ft (1,50 euro).

Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.

Haus Parkfrieder (Apartment mit Gartenblick)

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien, die sich nach Ruhe und Erholung sehnen und eignet sich auch für Langzeitaufenthalte mit Homeoffice! Auch in heißen Sommermonaten bleibt die Wohnung in den historischen Gemäuern angenehm kühl!
