The property has a great outdoor living space along with a beautiful yard for relaxing. In the spring and summer months when the roses are in bloom, you will feel as if you are in your own personal secret garden. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening while listening to the symphony of the frogs on the private screened in porch or dec.

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
