This cozy, stylish home boasts modern amenities and historic charm. Originally a two-bed/one-bath 1922 bungalow, we've added a master bedroom suite that feels like an escape to a spa. The freshly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for an extended stay with family, and just right for a weekend away with friends. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and cute shops. A quick, ten-minute drive to Downtown Syracuse, Upstate University Hospital, and Syracuse University.

Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Destination Relaxation @ Beachside

The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

The George Washington Suite

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. From your living room, step out onto the grand, columned back porch and stroll through the peaceful gardens. Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

Heated pool + new hot tub in addition to a gym, wood burning fire place, a fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. This is the perfect house to stay at to enjoy everything the country has to offer. Escape from it all, relax and enjoy special time. Or catch a show, go apple picking or enjoy a tasting at Apple Hill. The #1 apple orchard in the country is 3 minutes away!

A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

Spend time at our "Home Away From Home." This gorgeous ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, hardwoods, and a larger fenced backyard. It is very close to everything and in the great eastern suburbs near Fayetteville/Fremont. We enjoy helping those visiting the Syracuse area. Remember, this is a Non-smoking property, in or out.
