The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Ferienhaus Geißler

Das Ferienhaus Geißler befindet sich im Herzen der Oberlausitz in dem malerischen Dorf Oderwitz. Es handelt sich um ein 2023 komplett saniertes Bungalow mit zwei Schlafzimmern und insgesamt 4 Betten. Eine Aufbettung ist im Wohnzimmer (Schlafcouch) möglich. Direkt am Ferienhaus befindet sich ein Reiterhof. Außerdem hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick und findet Ruhe und Erholung. Das Ferienhaus ist mit WLAN (kein Streamimg) und DVBT TV einfach ausgestattet.

Die Ferienwohnung mit 74 m² ist eine maisonette Wohnung mit Flur, Wohnstube, 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche, Badezimmer und großem Balkon. Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon oder im Außenbereich möglich (Nichtraucherwohnung). Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer Garten mit Pool/Poolhaus (saisonal nutzbar) und Feuer- und Grillplatz. Garage sowie Carport vorhanden. WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, Nutzung des Kaminzimmers nach Rücksprache möglich.

Villa Ilex - ein Holzhaus mit einem ganz besonderen Wohnambiente. Das Haus haben wir gebaut, um wohngesund und auf das wesentliche beschränkt an einem erholsamen Standort leben zu können. Die meisten Materialien kommen aus Deutschland, zum Teil sogar aus unseren Oberlausitzer Wäldern. Am See könnt ihr den Sonnenuntergang bewundern und euch so richtig erholen.
