Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Soak in the beautiful views and birdsong of the bay and bush from the large deck. Kiwis have been spotted occasionally on the front lawn at night. Super close to everything: cafes, air services, shops, ferry, pub and walks. Observation Rock is at the top of the road with stunning views, bird watching plus a great spot for Aurora Australis.

Seafarers is ideal for those that want peace and quiet, away from the crowds and are happy to sit back, enjoy the scenery and listen to nature at it's best! The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.
