Walk to marinas, fishing, restaurants, parks, tennis, and kayak launch, excellent porch sitting, and picture perfect sunrises. The Avalon is one of three suites available at The Cooper House and can be combined to accommodate larger groups, or kept separated, if desired.

Privacy abounds at this waterfront one bedroom guest house with breathtaking water views throughout. The Crab House is located in the boating community of Stoney Creek. It is 20 minutes from BWI airport, 30 minutes north of Annapolis, 20 minutes from Baltimore's Inner Harbor and an hour from DC. Feel free to bring your boat, jetski, kayak or paddleboard, or use the kayak or paddleboards we have onsite. AA County 144190

The Beach House

The Beach House is a lovely two story beach cottage, which overlooks the head of the Chesapeake Bay. The beach is seconds from the front door and all guests have beach and water access to Red Point Beach. Guests may also enjoy access to the dock and boat ramp. The house has been recently renovated and with its open floor plan it is perfect for housing families and groups. We no longer accept pets and we do not allow events.
