Our home is better than Bourke’s backyard with the kookaburras, cockatoos and possums in the black butt gum trees out the back and a lovely view of Avoca beach in the distance and the sound of the waves. Conveniently located the house is a 25 minute walk to Terrigal Beach 5 minute drive. Our newly renovated home is fully self contained.
