This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Welcome to your peaceful and private studio apartment. This Austin themed retreat features a comfortable Queen-size bed, twin pull-out sofa, small kitchenette, keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and convenient portable convection cooktop; walk-in shower and a front porch as well. Enjoy the private entrance and separate side yard area, ideal for pets and relaxing in this calm and quiet space. Please note there is no separate bedroom, ideal for the 1-2 people-3 max. This 1960s home has been partially updated over the years and offers a comfortable, no-frills stay for larger families or groups needing plenty of beds and room. While several areas were refreshed 15–20 years ago, this is still an older home with its share of quirks—such as a smaller oven, a laundry area located in part of the garage, and the occasional 2-prong outlet. That said, guests consistently appreciate the spacious layout, multiple living areas, large bedrooms, and convenient location.
